Information you choose to send

Inspection requests can include your name, phone number, email, property address, city, roof concerns, preferred timing and notes. Provider applications can include business contact details and service areas. Please do not send insurance policy numbers, payment card information, identification documents or other sensitive records through these forms.

How a request is used

Free Roof Check Now is a referral platform. We use request details to review your needs, contact you, and help arrange contact with independent roofing providers. Your information may be shared with a provider for this purpose. Providers operate their own businesses and set their own prices and availability. They may pay us for introductions.

Website and submission services

The website uses Netlify for hosting and form processing, together with its lead-processing service. These services process technical and submission information to operate the website, deliver requests and help detect abuse. Spam checks may use Google reCAPTCHA; its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply when the check is displayed. A successful on-screen submission message is not an appointment confirmation.

Private matching

Homeowner requests are reviewed privately. We share relevant details with independent roofing providers to arrange requested services; contact details are not published on a public lead board. Provider applications include self-reported services, availability, capacity and insurance status for our review.

Your choices

Submitting an inspection request is optional. To ask about a submitted request, correct information or request that contact stop, use the reply channel in the response you receive. A provider you have already contacted may hold its own copy; contact that provider as well. Do not include sensitive documents in a privacy request.

Security and retention

No website can guarantee absolute security. Submission records are used for request handling and operational follow-up. A specific retention period has not been published. We do not ask for a homeowner payment through the inspection request form.
